VeroYoga Master Class

VeroYoga is a powerful vinyasa-style system designed to invigorate, purify, and balance the physical body, energy centers, mind, intellect emotions and spirit.
In this workshop, you will be encouraged to move beyond physical and psychological barriers as we go through  asana-pranayama-relaxation and meditation practice. We will travel with the breath through the different chakra centers to activate the release of stored energy, leading to a calm sense of freedom and wellbeing.
Be prepared to sweat and explore deep within!
Students will be invited to move at their own level with the given modifications. Some previous vinyasa-style yoga experience is required to participate in this workshop.
 
About Veronica Vidal
Veronica Vidal learned yoga as a child from her own mother, who was, also, a yoga instructor. Later, she studied at the Bihar School of Yoga (India) and other Ashrams. She has been under the personal guidance of Swami Brahmavidyananda Saraswati for over twenty years. Foremost, she is a devoted disciple of Sri Dharma Mittra and has been mentor/advisor teacher of his TT Programs in NY City. Veronica is recognized by the Yoga Alliance as ERYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher). She holds several Yoga degrees and certifications as well as a degree in Industrial Chemistry, with specialties in Nutrition, Psychology, and Education. Following the path of a true Yogi, she continues studying and training to deepen her practice.
Veronica has taught in Japan, South and Central America and across North America, Puerto Rico and the Bahamas. She is the Founder-Director of VeroYoga & Co in Key Biscayne, FL, as well as the Director of Ubuntu Yoga Studio in Napa Valley, CA.
