Sommelier Jorge Mendoza, Chef de Cuisine Ezio Gamba and owner/winemaker Martin Foradori Hofstatter invite you to an intimate dinner experience with carefully selected wines from the Hofstatter winery. Located on the slopes of Alto-Adige in the northeast region of Italy, the winery farms hectares of meticulously tended vineyards on clay and sandy soils making it the source of the finest Pinot Noir in the country. The evening begins with sips of Fruilian Prosecco Rose and gourmet bites at the restaurant's lavish bar, followed by a four-course dinner.
