The Village of Key Biscayne will hold a meeting on Thursday, March 14th, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM to discuss the formation of a Neighborhood Watch Program that will be led by residents working with Village and Police officials. The meeting will be held in the Community Room, next to the Turtle Fountain, located at Village Hall (88 W McIntyre Street).
The meeting will serve as a platform to discuss the following:
- Identify Community Concerns: Your firsthand experiences and observations are invaluable in identifying safety and security concerns within the village.
- Develop Focus Goals: Defining clear goals and objectives for the Neighborhood Watch Program. These focused goals will guide actions to address community concerns and enhance safety measures.
- Establish a Self-Governing Organization: This will set in motion the formation of a self-governing organization to efficiently manage and coordinate neighborhood watch activities. Resident input and participation in this process is crucial for ensuring efforts are well-organized and sustainable.
Your input and participation are invaluable as we strive to create a safer environment for everyone in the Key Biscayne community.
