Mind & Melody Music Program

Join this fun, therapeutic and educational music program, shown to provide social, physical and cognitive stimulation. Designed for individuals with or without musical training, the program consists of fun music theory lessons, performances, playing and creating Music Adults original music! Young musicians from the community come together to teach interactive music sessions. All instruments and materials are provided to participants. A light lunch will follow each session. Pre-registration is required for this free 8-week program.
