This month's topic => Eco Shopping: The Path to Less Waste

Guest Speaker: Derek Duzoglou is the Founder of D Squared Engineering. Taking pride in ingenuity, he has honed a dynamic ability to bring to life innovative concepts and solutions, while constantly searching for ways to improve our world. D Squared consists of a dedicated team of “green engineers” who share a deep-rooted passion for efficiency. They serve as the Sustainability Consultants for the Village of Key Biscayne, focusing on areas such as efficiency optimization, waste reduction, green building, flood risk management, and renewable energy. Their role is to analyze existing conditions, develop KPI dashboards for monitoring, perform cost saving and environmental impact analyses, and make recommendations for green practices and technology integrations into existing operations and infrastructures.
