Michel Cutait is a Real Estate Strategist and Business Advisor with three decades of international experience (USA, Latin America, Europe). He has structured over US$5 billion in real estate projects, including 80 shopping malls, mixed-use assets, and institutional portfolios, advising on planning, acquisition, and expansion. His expertise integrates real estate, governance, and business development for performance and lasting value. Michel is also a REALTOR® with BHHS EWM Realty in Key Biscayne, advising families, executives, and international clients on strategic residential and commercial transactions. He has advised corporations, nonprofits, and public institutions, including Olympic organizations, on strategy and transformation. He holds master’s degrees in Law, Marketing, and Sport Administration and is a licensed attorney in Brazil and Portugal.
