DUKI - Dushka Semsch

I am a Peruvian artist inspired by the quiet strength of nature and the cultural richness of the Andes. My watercolor work focuses on South American camelids, painted on 100% handmade cotton fiber paper and finished with hand-sewn baby alpaca fiber—carefully cut and combed to add softness and texture.

I also create wall art using only natural materials, a core element of my work. I begin with fallen wooden branches I collect from streets or beaches and give them new life. Each piece is crafted through macramé, using natural cotton threads in varied thicknesses and coarse jute rope to bring form and rhythm to every design.
