Front Desk Receptionist
General Duties: answering phone calls, handling filing, checking incoming/outgoing mail, receiving packages for tenants, making conference appointments for tenants, keeping the place neat, etc. English/Spanish is a plus. Extremely professional and courteous manners are required.
- Proficient in MS Office: Word & Excel.
- Very organized and Highly detail-oriented
- No sandals, no flip flops
