Front Desk Receptionist

General Duties: answering phone calls, handling filing, checking incoming/outgoing mail, receiving packages for tenants, making conference appointments for tenants, keeping the place neat, etc. English/Spanish is a plus. Extremely professional and courteous manners are required.


  • Proficient in MS Office: Word & Excel.
  • Very organized and Highly detail-oriented
  • No sandals, no flip flops
Working Hours:    9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
                             Monday through Friday
