Job Description: We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team and provide excellent phone support to our valued patients. As a phone customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering calls, resolving patients inquiries, providing information, and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions. You must have excellent communication skills, be patient and have the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patients inquiries and complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
- Provide product and service information to patients
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic computer skills
