About This Position:

We are in need of an Administrative Assistant for our outpatient physical therapy office.

We are looking for candidates who are skilled at multitasking and customer service, are organized and hard-working, and preferably speak both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phone calls, returning voicemails, scheduling patients, obtaining payments, and updating patients' electronic medical records.

Location: 240 Crandon Blvd #202 Key Biscayne, FL 33149

Work Location: In person

Medical Specialty: Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine

Business Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday - Sunday: CLOSED

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Schedule:

 

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Pay: $17.00 per hour. Payroll is processed monthly.
