Administrative Assistant

Position: Administrative Assistant
 
Job Description: Our administrative assistants are responsible for all front desk duties including: answering phone calls, replying to voicemails, scheduling patients, collecting patient information, taking payments, checking insurance benefits, and uploading patient documents.

Warm and polite personality
Organized
Multi-tasking
 
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
 
Previous experience is preferred, but not required.
 
Hours:
Qualified applicants must be able to work full time, Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
 
Benefits:
Full-time employees are eligible to receive insurance benefits and PTO, after a three-month probationary period.
