Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath Workshop

A Journey into deep relaxation! Join RYT Sarah Franco along with musician Cody Zwick and let yourself be guided into the blissful state of Yoga Nidra.

 

Come enjoy the sweet sounds of flutes, singing bowls, the guitar, gong, and more. During this conscious relaxation practice, we will focus on inducing total physical, mental, and emotional release. Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a guided meditation. Together with the ancient technique of Yoga Nidra the use of sound healing and live instruments will deepen the meditative state by offering vibrational and melodic peacefulness.
