United Way of Miami-Dade Back of the House Series
United Way of Miami-Dade kicks off an exciting three-month Back of the House series – welcoming leading hospitality professionals to our virtual kitchen table and bar each month. Share a virtual meal, a glass of wine and a cocktail, all for the good of our community. In hospitality parlance, the “back of the house” is where the action happens to create the customers’ experience in the “front of the house.”
Join winemaker Bruce Neyers for a tasting of three of his wines (all perfect for Thanksgiving!) and on December 9, world-class mixologist Gabe Urrutia will lead us through some classic preparations suitable for holiday entertaining.
