Mack Cycle 305 Triathlon event will take place along the Rickenbacker Causeway. It will be hosted at the Miami-Dade County, Crandon Park, with the cycling portion of the event using the Rickenbacker Causeway, and Crandon Boulevard roadway.

Cycling portion of triathlon on causeway vehicle roadway, and Arthur Lamb Jr. Road. The maintenance of traffic plan (MOT), for roadway portion of the event, starts with set up at 4:00 a.m., completing around 9:30 a.m., with the barricade company clearing the area no later than 10:30 a.m.. Miami-Dade Police will be the lead department covering the MOT course. The cycling portion of the event will have the race participants departing from the Crandon Park, North Beach exit, turning right onto the Crandon Boulevard. The race will continue to travel in a westerly direction (towards the mainland) on the north side of the Rickenbacker Causeway, turning right onto the Arthur Lamb Jr. Road (ALJ) (turn # 1). Cyclists will travel to the end of the roadway intersection of the City of Miami Virginia Beach and Picnic Area and Water and Sewer Department main entrance roadway split, U-turn (turn # 2) traveling back toward the Rickenbacker Causeway. At this point, turn right (turn # 3) onto the Rickenbacker Causeway, traveling westbound toward the mainland to Hobie Island center median.
The cyclists will then U-turn (turn # 4) and travel back in an easterly direction toward the Crandon Park main entrance, then U-turn (turn # 5) traveling westerly to the point of origin. During the event, vehicular traffic will be routed onto the south side (Miami Seaquarium side) of the causeway in a counter-flow manner, from the Crandon Park maintenance loop (Calusa Circle), to the Hobie Island center median.
The running, swimming, finish and awards ceremony will take place within the Crandon Park. The cycling portion of the event will utilize the Rickenbacker Causeway, and Crandon Boulevard vehicle travel roadway, in addition to the City of Miami, Arthur Lamb Jr. Road.
The running and swimming portion of the event takes place within the park grounds, and shoreline.
