Just Beet It KB Run/Walk NO

Every Wednesday, Just Beet It's KB Run/Walk group convenes at 6 PM right outside Crossbridge Church, offering participants the flexibility to embark on a 2, 3, or 4-mile run or walk tailored to your personal preference. 

​Following this invigorating exercise, we gather at D'LITE Bistro & Bakery or a nearby health-conscious eatery, where you can purchase food and/or beverages. All are welcome, even if you have worked up a bit of a sweat. 

The KB Walk/Run is not only a cost-free gathering but also an opportunity for social interaction, where you can revel in the endorphin-fueled camaraderie!
