Community Budget Meeting

That said, the Village portion of your taxes amounts to less than 20% of your total tax bill.

This year, Village Manager Steve Williamson and Chief Financial Director Benjamin Nussbaum will host a Community Budget Meeting on Wednesday, August 14 at 6:00 PM in the Key Biscayne Community Center's Lighthouse Room. This meeting will explain the process of how our Village staff creates an annual budget and provide information about the fiscal year 2024-2025 budget. They will also take questions and listen to recommendations from residents.
