A Village of Key Biscayne tradition! Prizes for dogs in costume (Costume optional for humans). Six categories to win. *Surprise Master of Ceremonies* Candy treats for the kids outside the park. Join the Village of Key Biscayne Parks & Recreation Department with or without a furry friend!
Organizers are collecting wet or dry dog and cat food, toys, chew bones, collars, leashes, beds, towels, blankets, bowls, crates and carriers for the Humane Society of Greater Miami.
