We will compare and contrast premium champagnes brands\, discuss the quality and the production methods.\n\n\n\nChampagne Day is an event celebrated on October 20 in different cities across the world. This day was created by the Comit  Champagne to promote this exclusive French sparkling wine. In 2017\, Florida Wine Academy decided to take the idea to the next level and dedicate an entire week to celebrate the 1st Champagne Week in Miami.\n\n\n\nJoin us on Monday\, October 16th for the first event of the week! We will open the week with a premium seated tasting of 6 T te de Cuv es\, with some of the finest champagne that each Champagne House produces. We will compare and contrast premium champagnes brands\, discuss the quality and the production methods.\n\n\n\nTASTING includes: - Louis Roederer Cristal - Krug - Pol Roger Winston Churchill - Dom Perignon - Laurent Perrier Gran Siecle - Bollinger La Grande Annee\n\n\n\nThe wines will be presented by Alessandra Esteves\, DipWSET\, Director of Wine Education for the Florida Wine Academy and Alejandro Vera\, DipWSET. The tasting will be at the beautiful Abaco Wine Bar in the heart of the Miami Design District. We will serve snacks and small bites. Only 12 spots\, very small group.
