Biscayne Bay Roundtable over Zoom

Mayor Daniella Levine Cava is hosting Part 2 of the Extreme Heat & Biscayne Bay Roundtable Series on August 14, from 6:00–7:30 p.m.

This virtual discussion, “Risks to Biscayne Bay and Corals,” will bring together experts to discuss the threats facing Biscayne Bay and South Florida’s coral reefs, as well as the work underway to protect them.

Rescue a Reef Program Director Dalton Hesley will participate in the panel alongside representatives from Nova Southeastern University, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and Miami-Dade DERM.

Community members will also have an opportunity to submit questions for the panel.
