DESCRIPTION:Please join the Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce and Village of Key Biscayne for a follow-up meeting regarding the Village of Key Biscayne's Outdoor Dining Regulations & Parking changes.\n\n\n\nVillage Staff will present the new application process for outdoor dining with an overview of relevant of zoning\, building code\, fire code\, and County DERM requirements   based on the code changes this past October which potentially allow much more space in parking lots and flexibility for outdoor dining.\n\n\n\nPlease NOTE: Permits created under the emergency COVID measures will expire and need NEW permits under this program.
