No experience is needed\, and participation is completely optional.\n\nFor those not attending the volunteer session\, or for volunteers wrapping up\, free time from 4:30 5:00 PM allows everyone to arrive\, clean up\, relax\, and connect before the main gathering begins.\n\nThe picnic dinner and Annual Meeting will take place from 5:00 6:00 PM. TREEmendous Miami will provide the main food and refreshments\, and guests are welcome (but not required) to bring a side dish or dessert to share. During the meeting\, we'll review highlights from the past year\, share updates on our work\, and hold the election of the upcoming Board of Directors.\n\nAfter the meeting\, we'll close out the evening with a bonfire on the beach\, along with time to connect\, talk\, and enjoy the park together.
