DESCRIPTION:Innovation Tech Talk is an initiative created by Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce with the objective to bring innovation closer to the community\, demystify technology and share insights about how local business and properties can take advantage of the current disruptive age we are living in. This presentation will provide key insights on the latest trends in technology for HOAs and Property Management and how to turn innovation into revenue.\n\n\n\nMarcio Chaer - Speaker & Host\n\nCEO and Co-Founder of Go Wireless4U\n\nMarcio has over 20 years of C-Level executive experience in key strategy and innovation roles for both multinationals and startups. He also has a strong record of accomplishment in growing businesses from scratch and a delivery-oriented professional. He developed and established key partnerships with stakeholders and trade associations gaining credibility as a recognized and award-winning telecom industry thought leader with a strong track record of revenue generator by understanding market trends and anticipating current and future customer needs. Marcio recently moved to Key Biscayne with his family\, May 2018\, and created the first Telecom company born here.\n\n\n\nMatt Bramson - Guest Speaker\n\nMatt is a technology entrepreneur and business builder with more than 25 years experience.  Matt moved to Key Biscayne in 2008 to grow a local software company and now is an advisor and investor in several growing technology firms.  He has served the Key Biscayne community as the President of Key Colony and the Botanica condominium\, as a member of the Village of Key Biscayne 2040 Vision Committee\, as a flag officer for the Key Biscayne Yacht Club\, and Junior Warden for St. Christopher's by-the-Sea Episcopal Church & Montessori School.\n\n\n\nHis presentation will provide advice to condo owners and board members for making and implementing successful technology investments to improve their buildings and associations.
