DESCRIPTION:The Key Biscayne 4th of July Parade began in 1959 when locals Tommy Sikes and Arthur Yehle invited friends to march through the streets in celebration\, complete with a makeshift band\, "The Chowder Chompers\," and kids on decorated bikes.\n\n\n\nToday\, 67 years later\, the all-volunteer parade features around 55 entries and costs $70\,000 to produce. Known as "The Best Lil' Hometown Parade in South Florida\," it's supported by t-shirt and button sales\, a festive BBQ\, and generous local sponsors.\n\n\n\nIf you would like to participate in this year's Parade: REGISTER HERE\n\n \nThe KB Chamber of Commerce will be participating in this year's parade with its beautiful Golden Galleon float.
